I wish there was a zero-star option here, as DP deserves zero star or negative stars. I returned two items more than two months ago, but have not received a refund yet. I contacted DP several times, but they always ask for some information which I have provided before. The worst customer service! I am going to get help from Resolver to solve this issue.

I ordered four pairs of sandals and received 3. When I eventually found the e-mail link that is very well hidden to inform Dorothy Perkins of the missing item, the email was returned saying unable to send. This has happened several times. I have 2 other pairs that do not fit - once again, I click on the link for the returns page information and I get a white screen. I have ordered from Dorothy Perkins lots of times in the past and only ordered now because they were a trusted name to me. My advice now is DO NOT ORDER - THERE IS NO WAY OF CONTATING THEM IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.

I placed two orders with DP in early April and when I tried to generate a returns label via the returns portal I was told my order numbers and email address was not recognised. I have emailed DP several times with no response, so I took the matter up with Boohoo who now own DP and got fobbed off several times and they refused to help me and just kept telling me to contact DP customer service. I have now missed the cut off point for returns and have no way of getting a refund which amounts to £91, I am furious that I have been ignored and have been a very loyal DP customer over the years, I will NEVER purchase another item from this appalling company.

Easily places an order and showed in stock, payment processed then 36hrs later received an email advising item no longer available, very disappointing, would not place another order on this basis

The worst customer service ever... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I have emailed them 7 times trying to get a refund, they do not read any emails properly, it is painful getting them to understand what you have written. Hermes say they have had it, all they keep doing is asking for the same information over and over again. If im honest i think its on purpose to keep your money, they make it as awful and difficult as possible so you give up!!! I bet people have. PLEASE do your self a favour and completely boycott this company. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR RETURN REFUNDED!!!!!

I ordered on line and delivery not bad. Tried it on and no good and returned within 2 days.No confirmation email that it has been received. No reply to messages on messengerNo reply to emailsNo phone lines as shutNo refund and been a month without contact.Very poor service. Do NOT buy from here.Disgusting service

Ordered a top , top arrived with security tag still on it. Arranged a return , courier didn't collect .Went on to my account and tried to arrange return again. Message popped up saying couldnt arrange as its over 28days . I initially arranged the return with in the 28days . Have sent emails , Facebook messages and no reply . Awful customers service since the take over.

Absolutely shocking! I ordered 4 items from Dorothy Perkins, they all arrived late and well after when I had needed them so I sent them all back, today I have awoke to an email saying thanks for your return and they have only acknowledged two items in that parcel!!! They have no contact number any more either!!!

Do not order. Placed an order and haven't received any of the items. Have always ordered from DP and never had a problem. Unable to contact them via telephone as lines are closed. Not answering emails. Where do we go from here? Disgraceful!

Ordered on a BOGOF only sent one, emails to customer service being returned, thanks for nothing.
